5. TONER
Overview
A toner used for all skin types that purifies the skin by reducing excess oil and impurities on the skins surface after cleansing, leaving your skin with a firm and toned appearance. The Glycolic combined with Salicylic Acid used to adjust the pH are the proponents behind this toner.
